How do I place an order?
Order through the Asnan app (iOS and Android), our web shop at asnan-shop.com, or send us a WhatsApp message with the items you need.
How fast is delivery?
Orders confirmed before 2 pm are delivered the same day inside Amman. Other governorates receive orders within 24–48 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, card payment, bank transfer, and CliQ. Approved clinics can apply for monthly account billing.
Can I return a product?
Unopened consumables can be returned within 7 days. Equipment returns are handled case by case under the manufacturer's terms.
Do your devices include a warranty?
Yes. All equipment includes the manufacturer's warranty, typically 1–2 years, with local service through our technical team.
Do you quote for new clinic fit-outs?
Absolutely. Share your floor plan and budget and we'll prepare a single quote for units, sterilization, instruments and starter stock.
How do I register for a training course?
Choose a course on the Training page and tap “Register interest”. We'll confirm your seat on WhatsApp.
I can't log in to the app. What should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp with your registered phone number and we'll reset your access right away.
